Runkun 200 bimetallic wear resistant pipe is the newest high level wear resistant pipe in the world and it is developed by Zhangjiagang Runkun Wear Resistant Material Co., Limited. The base layer is Q235 metal and it is lined with wear resistant alloy materials. One method of producing the pipes is by inner wall welding machine; the machine can also apply to produce wear resistant pipes with small diameter. The other method of producing the pipe is by curling the wear resistant plate. Our factory can produce any pipe with diameter greater than 80mm.

Specification:

1. Product features: wear resistant, impact resistant and temperature resistant.

2.Components in wear resistant layer: 

    C: 50%

    Cr: 27%~30%

    Martensitic matrix + Cr7C3 type carbide up to 60%

3.Hardness: wear resistant layer HRC 57~ 63, HV 1400~ 1800

Abrasion resistance: 20 - 25 times of low carbon steel, 8 times of high manganese steel or stainless steel, and 1.5 times of regular high-carbon and high chromium steel.

Temperature resistant: regular type < 60°C; high temperature type <1000°C.

Impact resistance: wear resistant layer and the base layer are completely metallurgical bonding, afford strong impact, and do not have to worry about shedding. 

Processibility: welding, cutting, curling, punching.
